With 20 years in the Health Care business and service industry, Taylor has a great passion for helping people and building strong business partnerships. Taylor originally jumped into health care following his grandmothers’ footsteps with a long and rewarding career in home health and hospice. Taylor’s path took him through, the acute care space and the business side of health care.
After identifying the staffing shortage that many healthcare facilities were facing Taylor, teamed up with Tom Moreland, in launching NEXTAFF of Milwaukee in October of 2021. Taylor loves the fast-paced environment that this industry provides and the ability to help both companies and employees achieve their best workforce strategy.
