As much as this Shorewest REALTOR ® wants to connect with the Greater Greenfield Community Chamber, we are equally enthusiastic about his joining the Chamber. With everything Brandon Schwebler has accomplished to date, more is sure to come and we want to be a part of it! Here’s why:
With a degree from Marquette University Law School, he’s a member of the local and state bar associations. He’s also a member of three professional realty associations, including the National Association of REALTORS ® . He is a man of faith and belongs to the West Allis Mother of Perpetual Help parish. For the Saint Vincent de Paul Cross Roads Kitchen Meal Program, as well as for the MKE Airport Meditation Room, Brandon serves as a volunteer.
His heart is also in the right place when it comes to his clients. He’s committed to providing them with honest and open communication. “Honesty,” Brandon says, “is my number one attribute and value. It’s the number one thing you should be looking for in a realtor.” We believe him when he shares that due to his active listening skills and strong work ethic, clients will always feel heard and well-supported.
Drawing from his own experience as a first-generation home buyer, Brandon finds it particularly rewarding to work with first-time house hunters. Brandon understands the complexities, nuances, and challenges the process presents for them.
Additionally, Brandon enjoys listing homes, which includes staging. “For the most part, I feel comfortable going into someone’s home and helping them organize and declutter.” After he’s hired as someone’s agent, he’ll provide them with a document/email that has his recommendations on it that are honest, but respectful. While helping sellers, he says he’s, “very attentive to comments provided by buyers and other agents that focus in on how we can better present the homes.” Brandon is constantly monitoring that feedback.
Brandon notes that the top three things a seller should do are: 1) Clean up; 2) Declutter; and 3) Do a little yard work. Whether assisting buyers or sellers, he enjoys working with Spanish-speaking clients. Sí, he’s bilingual. Before joining the GGCC, Brandon did some research on others. He found our Chamber to be especially personable and approachable. He’s eager to get better connected with all of us and the community at large. Two other factors also influenced his decision to join the Greater Greenfield Community Chamber: most of his immediate family lives in Greenfield and his office is on 68th and Layton.
Please show Brandon just how personable we are. Check out his Shorewest profile follow him on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, and give him your friendliest “Hola!” when greeting him at one of our events. We’re so pleased to have Brandon in our community!
