Skills and Qualifications:

As part of this enthusiastic team, you’ll recognize member birthdays, milestones, and personal goals, spreading positivity and strengthening connections within our chamber network. Your role will bring smiles and foster a sense of belonging for every member.
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and celebrate member birthdays with personalized messages, cards, or shoutouts.
- Congratulate members on personal or professional milestones, such as anniversaries, promotions, or awards.
- Collaborate with the chamber team to track upcoming birthdays and goals for recognition.
- Share celebratory posts on social media (optional) to showcase member achievements.
- Be a friendly, supportive presence at chamber events to connect with members and share encouragement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Outgoing and thoughtful personality with a love for celebrating others.
- Strong organizational skills to help track important dates and milestones.
- Comfortable using social media or other communication tools to share member highlights (optional).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

- Coordinate all aspects of ribbon-cutting events, including scheduling, location details, and logistics.
- Serve as the primary contact for businesses hosting ribbon-cutting ceremonies.
- Communicate with chamber staff, members, and local officials to ensure participation.
- Prepare and bring all necessary materials, such as the ribbon, scissors, and signage.
- Facilitate the event flow, including introductions, speeches, and photo opportunities.
- Capture photos or coordinate with a photographer to document the event for marketing purposes.

- Answer questions about the expo and direct businesses to the chamber team for additional support.
- Keep accurate records of outreach efforts and follow-up needs.
- Collaborate with the chamber team to identify businesses to contact and strategize outreach efforts.
- Represent the chamber professionally and positively in all interactions.
