Chamber Committees

The Greater Greenfield Community Chamber is a chamber run by volunteers. We are always looking for more help so if you are interrested in joining one of the commitees below please  apply below. We also are looking for Greenfield Chamber Ammbassadors which you can read more about that here.

The membership committee is responsible for managing members. Including but not limited to Onboarding New Members, Membership Service, Increasing Membership, Welcoming new Members, and managing the Members in the software. The Membership Committee meets as often as the Membership chair feels necessary. The Membership Committee Chair records minutes of their meetings to present to the board meeting each month.

The Communications Committee is responsible for managing communications to the members. This includes but is not limited to: website management, internal email management, management of paperwork, forms and minutes, newsletter management, social media, and any other additional marketing. The Communications Committee Chair records minutes of their meetings to present to the board meeting each month.

The Events Committee is responsible for managing events. This includes but is not limited to: Organizing events by the chamber and participating in community events, event budget managing, managing food and beverage, securing entertainment, locations, presenters, speakers, registration managing, and sponsorship managing. The Events Committee Chair records minutes of their meetings to present to the board meeting each month.

Community Relations Committee

As the Community Relations Ambassador Leader for the Greater Greenfield Community Chamber, Kenneth Goltz embodies the role of a dedicated and professional leader, driving the Chamber’s mission to foster community engagement and promote local businesses. This leadership role is pivotal in connecting the Chamber with the broader community, enhancing visibility, and supporting the Chamber’s strategic initiatives.
